The location made it easy to get around during my business trip with colleagues. Grand Hotel TIMES is near a small market and a pleasant waterside park, and restaurants, cafés, and shops are all within walking distance. The front desk team were friendly, professional, and quick to help, including with local suggestions. The building is new and beautifully designed, with a warm, modern style and thoughtful details in the spacious rooms, furniture, and finishes. After full days of meetings, my room was a quiet, spotless, comfortable place to unwind. The bathroom was well maintained, with sleek fixtures and strong water pressure. Cleanliness and care were clear throughout. Breakfast and coffee were excellent, too. The hotel feels open and generous, balancing comfort with class without being pretentious. It was a great Quebec hotel experience, with everything I wanted in a modern, stylish stay. I'd happily return and recommend it for business or leisure in Sherbrooke.

I stayed here a few years back and came away thinking it was a nice hotel. The rooms felt modern and had thoughtful little details, and the price seemed good for Canada. I’m puzzled by the low rating now. From the poor reviews I read, it sounds like some guests expected more for what they paid. I didn’t see reports of safety or bug issues, which is disappointing for them. I guess I’m easier to please, but I enjoyed the place.

We were on the Penthouse level, with a big room and a spectacular view. It was easy to get downtown and to restaurants, and the bike trails were nearby. The hotel feels modern, the breakfast had everything we wanted, and the staff were nice. Very good value.

The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and nicely laid out, with a pleasant view. Check-in and checkout were both quick and friendly, and the staff spoke English fluently, which made things convenient. Parking was ample and getting in was easy. The elevators were fine too. Free continental breakfast was a nice extra. Good value, nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was okay, though at this rate I’d have liked a couple of hot dishes. The hotel itself was lovely, but it was missing some basics like conditioner and body lotion. Makeup remover pads would be handy too. I also found the elevator lighting eerie, and the red light when you step out at night didn’t feel sufficient to me.
