Hôtel Motel La Marquise

The rooms suited us well and were comfortable after our long, busy days. We came as a sports team, and the staff made a large group feel welcome and handled everything smoothly. The dining room was a highlight: spacious, clean, and set up so we could all eat together. We could also use it for team meetings, which made it easy to keep everyone organized and connected. The hotel worked really well for our group, and we’ll consider staying again.

We booked two nights because I was having surgery. On arrival, we had to go get toilet paper, and the sink’s cold water didn’t work. They arranged a repair, but when we returned the second night, the cold water came on and wouldn’t turn off. We finally managed to shut it off, then had no water the next morning. I was never offered another room. It took two weeks to get a refund for one night. Three employees were very nice: Sara Jerry and Joe.

One of our drivers stayed the night and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, and the front desk general manager was excellent. (Aka Sarah) We’ll definitely use this place again.

The mildew smell in the room was so overpowering I could taste it. I left in under ten minutes and told them to keep my money. Even after booking another hotel, I could still taste it and smell it on my clothes. Avoid, avoid, avoid. The man at the front desk was nice.
