Sandman Signature Sherwood Park Hotel

After a long workday, this is a comfortable and dependable place to come back to. The staff are consistently warm, professional, and helpful, and check-in and checkout have always gone smoothly. Rooms are modern, clean, and well cared for, with comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere. There's an excellent steakhouse by the lobby, so it's easy to get a good dinner without going out. I'd recommend Sandman Signature Sherwood Park Hotel to business travellers in Sherwood Park.

Update: The General Manager got in touch and handled my concerns promptly and properly. He really understands customer service, and now we're looking forward to staying here again. Thank you! We booked here because we wanted to use the pool. I called the day before and was told it was working, but when we arrived and checked, the water was freezing. The front desk person first argued that it wasn't, then explained they'd done a backwash and it would take time to warm up. If we'd known, we'd have chosen another hotel, and we'll go elsewhere next time.

The place was cozy and beautiful, and the service was amazing. TIRTH at the night service desk was especially great. He welcomed us with enthusiasm and looked after us throughout. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The holiday decorations in the lobby and all the little thoughtful touches made the place feel festive and homey. My six-year-old had such a good time that she asked if we could come back for her birthday in January, and we might just say yes. We were a family of four staying two nights, and the pool and amenities were great. Staff were friendly and very accommodating with families. I've worked in hotels and stayed in many around the world, and this was one of the cleanest I've experienced.
