Our family of four had a great weekend here, from dining to spending time at the pool. The reception staff gave great customer service and kept asking if we needed anything. It was one of our best hotel stays. We’ll definitely be back soon!

It’s a pretty hotel, but the management side has been a huge letdown. The ice machines were all down except the one on the top floor. The linen smelled funny, and breakfast smelled and tasted strange too. The pop was flat, the eggs bland, and the water was tap water. We went days without fresh towels, and the pillows were flat as hell. There’s more, but I’m tired of writing.

The on-site restaurant is pretty good. I’ve stayed here about half a dozen times in the last six months and quite like it. The rooms are clean and the beds are good, though temperature control can be a challenge and the rooms feel too warm when I arrive. Road noise can be an issue too, so I try to get a room on the car park side. Rob

The staff were nice, and they brought extra towels when I asked. Still, the rooms need better pillows and that nasty carpet needs to go. It doesn’t meet the standards I expect from other Four Points. The front desk canteen had very little selection, and when I bought a flat pop, nobody offered to exchange it.

The bathroom was large and updated, and we really liked the shower. The room was lovely, and the bed was so comfortable that I haven’t slept this well in ages. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it.
