Park Centre & Hotel

The staff made organizing our work event easy, including last-minute adjustments when the weather caused problems. I only had to coordinate with the hotel, and they arranged meals from LongShotz and Big Bear Sandwich Cafe. We had two dinners and a lunch from LongShotz, plus another lunch from Big Bear Sandwich Cafe. The continental breakfast worked for our group, and there were nearby places for anyone wanting a hot breakfast. We held a conference for 40-45 people in a boardroom separate from the hotel, but reachable by indoor walkways. It was nice to have that sense of space while still being within a five-minute walk of our rooms. The hotel also let us use the meeting room for after-hours social time. For a larger event, the community centre and festival space are nearby. The Park Centre rooms were clean, comfortable, and renovated, and we had everything we needed on-site. We really liked the venue and look forward to working with Park Centre again when we need a space in Sherwood Park.

I needed to get ready for a 1pm job interview and asked about checking in early at 11am. The staff were wonderful about it. The room was nothing fancy, but the bed was soft. I was glad to have booked a double room since the bedding was pretty thin on a -40 winter night. There are plenty of amenities nearby and a nice juice bar on the first floor. The custodians were charming and funny, and did a great job. A special thanks to them!

Even with all the activity in this part of Sherwood Park, the hotel rooms are quiet and peaceful, just what you need after visiting family or touring Edmonton. It's centrally located, with a mall across the street and a spa, hair salon, and restaurant close by. The staff are welcoming, and the place is very pet-friendly. I loved seeing the puppies at breakfast.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and breakfast was free and good. On my first trip to Edmonton for the Guns and Roses concert in August, I loved the contemporary room, especially its fireplace and modern washroom. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated, with friendly staff and a good location. The amenities were great too, including a very good spa and a range of yoga studios. I chose Namaste and it was awesome. There was also a great restaurant just a few steps away. Our stay was very pleasant, thank you!
