Towneplace Suites Edmonton Sherwood Park

Breakfast service was especially good, thanks to the woman working in the kitchen area. She was kind, professional, and always smiling, which made the mornings nicer. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and made sure I was comfortable at TownePlace Suites Sherwood Park. I had a great stay and appreciated the warm atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The room change during the night was quite demeaning, but the staff handled it really well. Service was quick, and breakfast was great. Shirley, the chef at the buffet, took such good care of us and was really kind. Kudos to her!

I spent 7 weeks here and had an excellent stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and Glena at the front desk was consistently warm and helpful. The breakfast staff were friendly and kept things organized. I also got a lot of use out of the gym, which was spacious, clean, and great for daily workouts. Highly recommend it for a long stay.

The staff were so accommodating when I arrived near midnight. I wasn't sure I'd have time to get food for breakfast or lunch the next day, though breakfast is included, so I called ahead to ask if I could order groceries to the hotel. They accepted the delivery and even put the groceries away before I arrived. That meant a lot. The room was clean, with a condo-style kitchen, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower is quite large, towels were always fresh, and breakfast was on point. One or two Tupperware containers to take food to work during the week would be a nice addition. You can also use the pool at their sister hotel at the other end of the parking lot.
