The breakfast was fresh, with a nice range of food, and the staff were super friendly. My wheelchair-accessible room was fantastic, with lots of space and a setup that made getting around easy. Great shower too, and the bed was both firm and soft in the right way. I slept really well.

I barely heard anyone from upstairs or the neighboring rooms, and the room itself was comfortable. The breakfast was great, as were the pool and hot tub. Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. I'd absolutely come back.

That huge pool is a highlight every time we visit. It fills a massive room and even has a deep end my girls have always loved. They used to provide floats, which I miss a little, though it's not a big deal. I've brought my family here since the girls were toddlers, and it's still my favorite place to stay when we travel. The location is gorgeous, and the whole hotel is almost spotless whenever we come, whatever the season. Staff have always been hardworking and friendly. On my latest visit I'd forgotten my toothbrush, so the front desk gave me one. No idea what brand it was, but it was a damn good toothbrush.

The rooms were clean and had the usual Best Western furnishings, and breakfast was good. Even with hockey teams making the breakfast area busy, it was exceptionally tidy. Someone had clearly cleaned and readied the waffle iron for the next person, which I appreciated.

We really like this Best Western. It's an easy walk to the local grocery store, and having a pool right there is great. The breakfast buffet is delicious, everything is super clean, and the staff are amazing.
