The river view from the window was a highlight, and the house felt warm and cozy even when it was cold outside. I recently stayed in this wonderful standalone two-story home in Sorrel-Tracy, and the host was thoughtful and welcoming, taking care of every detail. The layout worked really well: upstairs were two comfortable bedrooms, while the first floor had a fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, spacious dining area, and cozy living room. It’s definitely my go-to place for future visits to the area. I can’t recommend it enough!

For the price, it’s completely worth it. The place is old and not as hygienic as it could be, but it’s okay for an overnight stay. The staff were very helpful and didn’t rush us when we checked out late. I’d read lots of comments mentioning bedbugs and was concerned, but fortunately we didn’t see any. We had four rooms, and none had that issue. It’s not a fancy or lively place.

The room was clean and cozy, with everything we needed, and the Chinese couple who run the place were super friendly and made us feel welcome. It’s a quiet, relaxing location with beautiful views, just right for a weekend getaway or time with friends. We loved our stay and will definitely come back!

The location was excellent, close to everything we needed, and the river views were one of the best parts of our stay. We noticed real improvements compared with what we’d seen before, and appreciated the effort the new management seems to be making. The room was basic but comfortable. Cleanliness was acceptable, though there’s room to improve; it was clean enough for a short stay. It’s a convenient, scenic, affordable option, and we’ll likely return next time we’re in the area.
