Holiday Inn Express & Suites Spruce Grove - Stony Plain by IHG

I've stayed here many times, and the hotel is spotless. The staff across every department are wonderful. At the front desk, Kendra is especially kind, efficient, and professional. I've stayed at other Holiday Inn hotels too, and they've all been up to standard. The staff go out of their way to make guests happy. If you're in Spruce Grove and looking for a fantastic place, choose the Holiday Inn express!!!

The breakfast bar was the highlight for me. There was a big selection, including things kids could eat, and enough for our whole group. I'm not sure whether that was arranged through my church. We were here for a weekend church couples retreat. Check-in went smoothly, and the front desk staff were helpful, sharing the WiFi passwords and the hotel's food hours. Our room was cool and had two double beds, plus the usual hotel-room basics. Nothing fancy, but we had a great experience.

The breakfast was good, and parking was great. Our room was tidy and very clean, and the service was absolutely amazing. This is definitely my go-to hotel when I'm staying in Spruce Grove. I'll be back. Thank you, holiday inn 🙏

Breakfast was included and had several hot choices and baked goods. There were no milk alternatives for people with dairy allergies or following vegan diets, though fruit, oatmeal, and bread or toast were available. We booked a standard room with two beds for our family trip, then decided to bring a grandparent. For a small extra charge, we upgraded to a room with a cooktop plug in, a fridge, and a sitting area with a pull-out sofa. There was plenty of space for all five of us, and it was good value for a family. Late checkout wasn't available. We were also disappointed that the hot tub was out of service from October through December and nothing was offered for that. The pool is tiny, with no slides or seating.
