Executive Suites Hotel & Resort, Squamish

The room was comfortable and a good size, with plenty of kitchen utensils. Everyone on staff was cheerful, polite, and engaging, from the room attendants to the front desk. This was my second stay at the resort, and I'll definitely return.

The staff's care was the best part of our stay. Before we arrived, they put a full-size steamer in our room so I could get the wrinkles out of my dress, and they even helped zip me into it. They also found me a cab so I could arrive separately and have a first look. Everyone was kind throughout, and at check-in they left treats, gifts, and a heartfelt card that we'll keep in our scrapbook. We were in a larger two-bedroom suite for our elopement at the Sea to Sky Gondola, so we could get ready without seeing each other. The room was wonderful, with a comfortable bed and a mountain view from it. The AC and heating worked well, and we had everything we needed, even a washer/dryer and a bottle opener. We also ate at the restaurant and loved the food, drinks, and service. We'll stay here every time we visit the area.

Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the suites were nice. But small maintenance issues hadn't been dealt with. The showerhead in my unit was clogged with calcium deposits and didn't spray properly. My colleague had the same problem in his unit. The shower curtain was cheap and kept blowing against you while showering.

Paula and Leanne make each stay feel personal. Paula has gone above and beyond to welcome and care for our family, and Leanne always takes time to connect with guests in a genuine, kind way. We feel valued here and will be back. The peaceful setting and mountain views are beautiful. Our clean, quiet fourth-floor suite had a full kitchen, fireplace, and in-suite laundry. Free Bird is a great onsite restaurant, with more places to eat just a short walk away. Underground parking, easy recycling, and a small fitness room were convenient too.
