The staff were friendly and very helpful, and my room had just been renovated. A few things were missing, including a toilet paper holder and much space for hanging clothes, though nothing was a major problem. The furniture is dated, and since it’s a motel, I could hear the person walking around upstairs.

The staff were nice, and at first the room looked fairly clean. I took off my shoes to pace while on a phone call, and by the time I finished, my feet were black. The dark floors made them look clean, but they were filthy.

Clean rooms and great staff. I’d make this my first choice when staying in the area.

The bed was worn out and so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep. I put up with four days of it. There was a moldy smell in the room, and rain came in under the door because there was no washer there. The only thing keeping the door shut was the bolt, since you couldn’t lock it. I’d asked for no room service, but they came in anyway, probably because of poor communication. There wasn’t even a privacy sign available. Canada's worst....

A convenient, affordable place to stay when seeing concerts at OLG, instead of paying casino hotel prices. I’ve been here a few times and would definitely recommend it.
