We got to the motel at 8:30 p.m., still inside the advertised check-in window of 3 to 9 p.m. The desk staff had been hurrying us along and speaking with a really bad attitude. While we were on our way, he had canceled our reservation for four rooms without asking us. Once he realized we'd booked several rooms and that he'd made a mistake, he reluctantly let us check in. If we'd reserved just one room, would we have been left sleeping outside? The front desk service was terrible.

Our room was 14, and it didn't look like any of the room photos. It was tiny and very dated, with signs of old water damage in the bathroom. On the plus side, it was spotless and the sheets were crisp and white. The location worked well, close to a lot of local attractions. We paid $331 for 2 nights, which felt overpriced for what you get.

Everything else was good, and the room was really clean for our one-night stay. The furniture looked old, though, including the bedding. I hope they freshen things up, especially the blanket and sheets.

The service was so nice, and room 12 was lovely, clean, and convenient. We also thought the price was really good. Thanks so much, Motel Deblois!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. It's a well-located place at a good price, too. For a better deal, I'd suggest reserving by phone instead of through a booking app.
