The hosts are so friendly and easy to talk to that I wish they were our neighbors. They’re wonderfully accommodating, offer great advice on food and things to do, and somehow manage to give you space, though I kind of wished they didn’t. We mentioned having a bottle of wine and they brought us two glasses almost immediately. Breakfast was excellent, with adaptable seasonal cooking from people who clearly love food. It’s a beautiful, extremely clean home, and the location is great. We walked downtown and to the Festival Theatre. When I return to Stratford, I won’t try anywhere else. I almost want to write a terrible review so I can book here more easily next time.

We stayed in the Old Victoria, a very comfortable room with a massive ensuite bathroom. The breakfasts were the highlight: a delicious three-course meal with baked goods, fruit, and a main, with a different menu each day. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The location made it easy to walk to the theatre and our restaurant, and the rooms were beautiful. Darrell and Tracey were excellent hosts, and breakfast was fantastic.

The screened porch was a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of wine after the show, and the owners gave us helpful restaurant suggestions. We were in town for a performance and stayed one night at Arbour Garden. The room was perfect, and the care put into the property really shows. Restaurants and theatres are within walking distance. Definitely recommend, and I hope to return.

We’ve just wrapped up a weekend here, and the experience was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the place was beautiful, and breakfast was delicious. I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting a more personal, special stay in stratford.
