I stayed for a week and nothing was lacking. Breakfast had plenty of options, the gym was spotless and well maintained, and the laundry room was very clean too. The staff greeted me with smiles and were quick to help whenever I needed anything. When I checked out the evening before my scheduled date, they kindly changed it to a late checkout and refunded the unused amount without me even asking. I’d definitely stay at Travelodge again if I return to Strathmore. Highly recommended!

There was a lot to choose from at breakfast, and we especially loved the fresh strawberries, blueberries, and watermelon. The rooms were clean and comfortable too. We had a great stay and would come back.

Our rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was nicely done. As a vegetarian, I appreciated having hash browns with the hot breakfast. We were in town for a hockey tournament and had a lovely stay. The only awkward part was being on the second floor while holiday parties were going on. The buffet tables were set up in the hall by the elevator, so getting past those guests with teenage boys’ hockey bags was a bit tricky. Otherwise, we had a great time.

The complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had by far, with such a wide range of food that there was something for everyone. Other guests told us they felt the same way. We came with a large group, and the management and staff were friendly and attentive to everything we needed. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend it.

The breakfast was pretty decent, and it’s the only reason I’m giving two stars. Otherwise, it would be one. The outlets were so worn that my phone charger wouldn’t stay plugged in. The beds were lumpy, the showers cramped with weak water pressure, and the hotel needs an update.
