We spent two nights here over Christmas and would stay again when we're back in town. The owners and staff were absolutely wonderful and kind, and accommodating to everyone's needs. The rooms are clean, though small, and the location makes it easy to get around town. Water pressure was good, and there was good Wi-Fi and parking. The beds are very soft and comfortable, though I found them too soft if you have a bad back. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there.

The rooms were spacious and very clean, with really comfy beds. The staff were so kind, understanding, and accommodating. We had a great two-night stay and want to come back in summer to explore more. Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about this motel.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, though there wasn't much outdoor seating by the room. We had a good stay overall. This was the only hotel I could find on Google, and it might be the only one in town. At check-in nobody was in the office, even after we rang the bell several times. We waited around 20 minutes before the owner appeared and apologized, saying he'd been busy cleaning rooms. He was pleasant and checked us in.

After golfing in Summerland, we stayed one night at the Rosedale Motel in a small room with two double beds. It suited us fine since we only came back to sleep, and the bed was super comfortable. The pool was a lovely treat after being out in the golf-course heat. We'd certainly stay again. Thanks, Andrew.

A cute place to book for a few days if you want to spend the day at the beach or attractions and then relax by the pool before bed. The location was perfect, quiet, and easy to find, with a gas station, fast food spot, and convenience store within walking distance. They have a small pool, real cups and glasses instead of paper, and a little table with decent chairs. I liked the Keurig machine too. It's a good fit if you don't need a suite just to sleep in.
