We keep coming back because we like the location, and they’re updating the rooms. The bed was comfortable and I liked the pillows. Breakfast has a wide selection of hot and cold food, though the sausages could be browned more. The towels were threadbare and need replacing with fluffier ones.

The included breakfast was fantastic, and housekeeping kept my room spotless. The staff were so kind and professional. I loved staying here and hope to return soon.

For $355 Canadian for two nights, it was decent value, and the trip was... fine. The sauna was awesome, though. The stay itself wasn’t especially fun, just inoffensive. The worst part was the hallway noise. You could hear guests and housekeeping so clearly it felt like there wasn’t a door. Room 305 was small and a bit rough around the edges, and the TV wasn’t mounted. I also got woken up early even though I’d been assured I could check out late.

I really liked the clean, lovely rooms and the service. Aaron at the front desk was attentive and very kind, and took care of everything I needed. It was a big plus that he speaks Spanish and English. I’ll definitely come back.

The breakfast was a real step up from most continental breakfasts, and the staff were friendly. Our room was lovely and looked recently updated. I didn’t know about the pool, hot tub, or sauna because nobody mentioned them at check-in. We’d booked at the last minute for a DR. Appt and hadn’t checked the website details. The AC was my main problem. It was so loud that my daughter and I couldn’t sleep, but with temperatures over 30 degrees, turning it off made the room too hot.
