Covered Bridge Inn

By the end of my stay, I felt that neither upkeep nor guest care was being treated as a priority. The property looked worn and neglected, which made me question the standard of the accommodation. When I tried to raise simple concerns, the response felt indifferent. There wasn't much hospitality or attention to detail, and the whole experience came across as rushed and impersonal. It fell well short of what I expected.

The creek view from the back was lovely with the coffee they provide for the Keurig. The family running the place is super sweet, and the rooms are spotless. The double-bed rooms even have a full-size tub. There's a pizza delight right next door, a great sushi place a short walk away, and a nature park across the road, so we had fun things to do without going far, even in March. We'll absolutely be back!

After traveling all day, I got there in the evening and found an empty reception, with no staff or directions for checking in. I waited a long time before someone finally showed up and told me an "error" meant there were no rooms available. I'd had a confirmed reservation and every assurance my room would be ready. They offered no solution and gave no real apology, leaving me stranded late at night. The whole thing was disorganized, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. A reservation should mean something, but mine clearly didn't.

My husband and I stayed for three nights, August 21-24. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly. I'd give it more stars if I could, and we'll definitely be back next year.
