The room was dirty and disorganized when we checked in, which left me concerned about hygiene and safety. The owner first acknowledged the problems and said we would get a refund, but then stopped responding when I tried to follow up. The front desk staff wouldn’t give me a way to contact the owner, and their replies felt unprofessional and at times hostile. They offered no workable solution. Since this was a corporate booking, the lack of accountability was especially concerning. I wouldn’t recommend this property for business or leisure.

We arrived around midnight during the pandemic and got a room quickly. The staff were kind and polite, and the motel felt safe throughout our stay. It was also really cute and well kept, and the room was quite clean for a motel, the nicest one I’ve stayed in. We’d come back if we need to stay in Swan River again.

The staff were very nice, and when they noticed the milk machine was out as I tried to use it, they quickly filled a pitcher. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and breakfast was included. A good quality place for a night before getting back on the road, with all the amenities we needed.
