I drive a car hauler, and the owner helped me park where I could keep an eye on my trailer and the vehicles. That put me at ease, though I had no security concerns. It's a quiet, amazing place, family run, with decent, clean rooms and very competitive prices. I know where I'll stay on my next business trip to Terrace or when passing through.

I booked a week ahead, but when I arrived they had given my room to someone else with the same first name. Then they put me in a more expensive room and offered nothing for the inconvenience. There was no air conditioning, just a freestanding fan, and the oven didn't work. The ceiling was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have no other choice.

The beds were comfortable, the room seemed freshly renovated, and the air conditioning worked well. WiFi was fast and high quality. I didn't find the highway or train tracks too loud, despite people complaining about how close they are. You know the location when you book. I'd definitely stay again.

The room had mouse droppings all over, including in the bed. When I asked to move, he got angry with me, as if finding poop in the bed was no big deal. Staff were rude and ignorant. And to top it off, there were bed bugs. I slept in my truck. Horrible place, the worst I've ever tried to stay at.

The restaurant is absolutely worth a detour. They still cook using traditional Indian methods, and it's such a gift. We've even made the drive specifically for it.
