Holiday Inn Express and Suites Terrace

The laundry room and workout room were handy, and breakfast was included in the morning. The food was very good and the seating area clean. We did wish we could use the pool, but it was closed because its heating wasn't working. Even so, we had an excellent stay.

I'm halfway through an extended stay with my family of five, and housekeeping has regularly checked whether we need cleaning or restocking. They're friendly and thorough, and the hotel is spotless. Steven, who runs breakfast, greets us with a smile and asks how we're doing. As a vegan family, we've often found the standard Holiday Inn breakfast leaves us with nothing to eat, but here there's a lovely spread for different diets, including fresh fruit every morning. What stands out just as much is how well the staff work together. I've stayed in countless hotels across the country and around 20 Holiday Inns, and I've never seen a team show such genuine care for one another and the hotel. I even asked whether it was family owned. This is the only hotel I'll choose for future trips. As someone in the top 10% of accommodation reviewers, I've never given a hotel such a high review. My highest recommendation, and all the stars, to this place and its people. Thanks to Steven and everyone for the smiles and for making our stay amazing.

The facilities were well kept, and breakfast had plenty of delicious options. The airport pickup was prompt and convenient, which made getting checked in easy. From arrival through the rest of my stay, the staff were friendly and professional and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Everything was perfect, 10/10, I'd recommend it to anyone. 🙏🙏
