Everyone who came for our Christmas party said they had a fantastic stay. We booked 15 rooms for employees coming from out of town, and Ryan and Melissa went out of their way to handle the big booking, cancellations, and rebookings when staff had travel delays. Patricia and Liam were friendly and attentive at check-in and ready to help with whatever our employees needed. Thank you to the team at the Ramada Drayton Valley. The staff made us feel valued and well taken care of, and we'd recommend the Ramada to anyone looking for a hotel in Drayton Valley.

The huge room and kitchenette made breakfast easy, and the comfortable beds helped us sleep well. We also had a great time unwinding in the big hot tub and going down the tall pool slide. It was my first time in Canada, and the Ramada in Drayton Valley made it amazing. Everyone was so welcoming. Highly recommend!

The kids loved the game area in the lobby, and the pool was awesome. I've never seen a faster water slide. The front desk staff were all great, and breakfast was really good too. Best hotel experience I've had in a long time.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and dealing with them was a real highlight. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well kept. Breakfast had plenty of options and was excellent. Had a great stay at the Ramada in Drayton Valley, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I ended up stopping here at the last minute because car trouble meant I couldn't continue my trip home. I arrived stressed and upset, and Kylie was so caring and compassionate. She found me a very nice room, made sure I had what I needed, and even checked that everything was okay when I ran out to the car. I hope she knows how much she made a hard night better just by being wonderful. The woman at checkout was lovely and kind too, and all the amenities were great.
