The staff made this stay a good one. Sarah at the desk was especially helpful every time we asked for something, always smiling. She worked late and was back the next morning, which really impressed me. Our room, 215, was clean and the mattresses were comfortable. There’s a small washer and dryer for $2. The pool was warm and refreshing, though the pool area ladies’ washroom smelled bad and was dirty, and the sauna entrance needed cleaning. It was sad to see the hot tub filled with cement. Breakfast was okay. The kids liked the cereal, fresh fruit, and yogurt; I skipped the pastries. Overall, a decent stay.

Our reserved room had a problem, but the hotel was renovating and the new rooms looked gorgeous. They quickly upgraded us and gave us a $50 gift card because they felt bad about the issue. Everyone was super friendly, and we had a great experience. With the prices in Niagara, I’d especially recommend this hotel.

We had a great time with our daughters’ basketball team over the weekend. The whole place had a warm, welcoming feel, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. When our youngest lost her necklace by the pool, an employee found it and brought it to our room. We’ll definitely book again.

My wife and I had a nice evening, and the customer service was polite. Still, the “newly renovated” executive suite felt uninspired, with an empty parking lot and trucks outside the window. The gym was closed, the pool needed cleaning, including bandaids, and the whirlpool had been filled with concrete. Renovations were meant to be finished by summer 2019, but it was already mid-July. I liked our stay overall, and hope the hotel does well with the upgrades and properly maintains what it has.

The hotel was being renovated during our visit, but the staff were all great. The chef making pancakes in the morning was amazing, and so nice. I would’ve stayed longer just to talk with her. We all loved our visit.
