Regal Motel

I've never stayed somewhere worse, and I spent four years in the army with countless nights outside in the rain. There was a blood stain on the bedding, mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom, and sand all over the floor. The heat didn't work in minus 27 weather. They had two Walmart heaters, but they tripped the breaker twice, once at 11:45 and again sometime during the night. I woke up with no heat. The white towels were stained black, and I can't imagine what they were used to wipe up. Next time I'm in Timmins, I'd sleep at the homeless shelter for better accommodations. Cheers.

Our rooms were in really bad shape. Some had exposed wires that could easily cause a fire, and some sheets were damp. The rooms smelled moldy or strongly of bleach. I'm not happy at all, and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The beds looked clean, but the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Our screen door was missing, there was trash under the beds, no fire detectors or soap, and the cupboards were broken. It's dog friendly. It definitely wasn't great, but at a cheap price you get what you need.

The room smelled bad, the sheets were stained, the floor hadn't been mopped, and the bathroom was unclean. The lamps didn't work, mosquitoes were all around the sink, and the soap dispenser was broken. The air conditioner was far from the bedroom, right beside the bathroom door, which made no sense. Better off staying in the car.
