Cityside Waterfront Loft

After our flight was delayed by 24 hours, we had to find somewhere to stay in the city at the last minute. We ended up at 1 Hotel Toronto, and it turned a travel mess into a great experience. We arrived tired and stressed, but the staff were kind, attentive, and helpful without hovering. The room gave us space to relax, and the minimalist design felt calm and considered. The bed was fantastic, and the shower was next-level. We loved the place and would gladly stay again. One of the best hotels we've been to in a long time.

I'm sold on 1 Hotels and plan to stay with them again. The bed was the most comfortable I've had in a hotel, and I liked the natural touches around the place. My room was cozy and stylish, with a good range of drinks and snacks. The lobby bar had a lovely atmosphere, a great spirits selection, and a friendly bartender who knew their stuff. The door staff and front desk were professional and helpful, too. Camila from concierge helped ship something I'd left behind, and housekeeping tracked it down. 10/10 hospitality.

Jonah Aridi, the guest services manager, went out of his way to accommodate us and made the visit better. The rooms are laid out really well, everything was very clean, and the attention to detail was clear. We loved staying at the 1 Hotel Toronto and will definitely return. Thanks again, Jonah!

Derek handled our check-in, walked us through the room features, and made sure we were comfortable. The room itself was stunning, with an incredible level of detail, and the service was amazing. When I asked about laundry, they even sent the service options to my Gmail. It felt almost like a dream, and I still think about what was the best hotel experience I've had.
