Comfort Hotel Airport North

This is a decent, budget-friendly hotel, and the airport shuttle worked flawlessly. Most of the front desk staff were helpful, cheerful, and efficient, though one woman looked and acted throughout our stay as if she’d rather be somewhere else. The hotel has clearly seen more glorious years, but management seems to be keeping it going well. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The bathroom was excellent, with good water pressure at both the shower and sink. I also liked having a coffee maker and a selection of pods, including our favorite, decaf. We slept really well even though our room was close to the elevator, there wasn’t a noise problem. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I was surprised I could park so close to the front door. Everything was absolutely perfect, except the TV remote batteries were low. It nearly killed me! LOL. Well done Comfort Inn!

We had a late-night reservation after a missed connecting flight, and the hotel was able to take us in. We arranged a shuttle back to the airport for the next morning. The bed was extremely comfortable, just what we needed, and the bathroom was clean with a great shower.

The room was clean, comfortable, and decent for the price, though you can find better value if you don't need a pool. We chose this place because the kids could use the pool and hot tub before our early flight, but both were drained, and nobody mentioned that when we booked. I wonder whether that was a one-time issue or whether they're often out of service. UPDATE: Management saw my first review, got in touch, and compensated us for the problems. We ended up satisfied with the stay.
