After two disappointing stays, I won't return. On my first visit, the WiFi worked by the elevators but not in my room. I had an important online meeting and had to use my phone hotspot, and nobody fixed the problem. This past weekend, from Friday to Sunday, was even worse. Friday night seemed okay at first, but the toilet had visible stains. I had to point them out to a housekeeper, who gladly cleaned them. On Saturday night, Valentine's Day, a party on the main floor carried on until 1:30 AM. My room on the 3rd floor was so close to the noise that the music shook my bed. I called the front desk multiple times with no answer, then went downstairs myself after midnight with a headache. They moved us to the 7th floor, where I could still hear the music, though a little less, and didn't offer any help moving rooms at that hour. The next morning I asked what they'd do to make it right for guests paying $400 for two nights under those conditions. They offered a care package with a bottle of water and a bag of chips. The service, cleanliness, communication, and accountability were all completely unacceptable. I won't return or recommend this hotel to anyone, including my employer.

Our flight was canceled, and we needed somewhere to stay at midnight. The staff made a bad travel night much easier by upgrading our family to a spacious suite so the kids could sleep more comfortably. When I explained that the airline was holding our checked bags overnight, they also gave us a toothbrush and toothpaste for free. We're really grateful they went above and beyond for us.

The shuttle ran regularly, was comfortable, and got my relatives and their luggage to the airport on time for an early flight. Their room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. I’d paid for the room, but their card wouldn’t go through for the security deposit. Thomas at the front desk was very helpful and offered other options. Before their arrival, I contacted the hotel to confirm the pickup arrangements from YYZ. They responded quickly and gave clear instructions my relatives could follow, even though they aren’t native English speakers. Booking and the rest of the arrangements went more smoothly than expected. For an airport hotel, it was easy to get to and from the airport, and I felt sure my relatives would be taken care of.

We had a good one-night stay and will probably come back. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, and the price was reasonable. There were lots of restaurants nearby, too. Check-in was the one snag: at 4 pm on Saturday there was just one person working, so it took a while. We tried calling down for help and got no answer, probably because they were busy and short staffed.

After a long day, Muhammad at the front desk made checking in feel easy and comfortable. He was welcoming, really nice, and funny, while still being professional and efficient. He clearly cares about doing his job well and making guests feel valued. That smooth, enjoyable check-in set the tone for my whole stay.
