Executive Furnished Condos - Parade II

The gym still isn't open, and living here is inconvenient. Fire alarms go off every month in the early morning and seem to last forever. In April, one started at 5:51 AM. There is usually just one concierge at the front desk, so they get busy right away, assuming they're actually at their post. Most of the concierge staff are very rude, especially the short woman running the desk. I work in customer service and understand the job is hard, but she is unnecessarily awful every shift. Absolutely terrible place to live. I bet this goes for most CityPlace buildings.

The elevators are a pain, like at all the cheaper concord condos. Still, it's a well managed building, and some of the concierge staff are really nice.

The activity areas have been closed for repairs for two years, the buzz code often doesn't work, and usually only two elevators are running. Fire alarms go off every other day. There are also careless pet owners who let their pets litter everywhere, and smokers tossing cigarette buds from balconies.

Who thought it made sense to paint the parking spot numbers on the ground instead of the walls? The builder is notorious Concord, which explains the cheap quality throughout the condo, from the materials and layouts to the commodities.
