We were planning to stay two nights, but check-in turned into a mess because they said we hadn't completed a pre-check-in step they never told us about. Since we'd booked through our credit card company, we had to call them and spend an hour sorting it out before we could get to the room. Parking was frustrating too, and just one elevator was working. With kids and strollers, the stairs weren't an option. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone.

The condo itself was clean and really nice, but the elevator problem ended up being the worst part of our trip. We chose this place while traveling with our 97-year-old Grandpa, and standing in a hot, packed queue for ages was no help to him. Only two of six elevators were running, and residents and other guests said it had been an ongoing issue. Waits could reach 30 minutes or more, with long lines, so we eventually took the elevators at 20 John Condos and climbed four flights to our floor. The location is great for ball games, but I wouldn't stay here again. Check that all the elevators are working before booking.

Only one elevator was operating for the whole building, and it took me over 1.5 hours to bring my luggage from the fifth floor down to the ground floor. The gym wasn't maintained properly either. The reception staff were rude and seemed uninterested, and their replies to our questions felt lazy, which made for a bad start. Between that service and the facilities, the stay fell well short of what we expected. I wouldn't recommend it unless things improve a lot.

The rooms were dirty, the price was far too high for what we got, and using the elevators meant long waits. We were also told we'd booked a three-bedroom apartment, but it actually had only two bedrooms. Reception and security treated us badly and kept us waiting for a full hour. This was the worst rental experience we've had, and we wouldn't recommend it.
