Being near the U of T, shops, restaurants, and the main tourist spots made getting around easy. We’d happily come back. The breakfast had more variety than I expected, with plenty of fresh hot dishes alongside continental choices, and the restaurant staff gave us thoughtful tips for our visit. Our room had a small fridge and a regular coffee maker, which I appreciated, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The Hilton may be the cleanest one I’ve stayed at. The Front Desk team helped with check-in and printing documents, and the Bell Desk was terrific. Special thanks to Jacob, who arranged our airport ride, shared useful recommendations, and remembered us whenever we crossed paths.

The holiday decorations made the hotel feel so cheerful, and everything was immaculate. Our room was spacious and comfortable too. This was our second Christmas here, from Dec. 23-26th 2025, and the staff once again made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you to Mr. Sarfaraz, Ms. Bali, and everyone at the front desk and concierge for being so kind and considerate. Breakfast at the Frenchie restaurant was another highlight. The fresh baked croissants and cappucino were outstanding, and Mr. Ali was attentive, friendly, and noticed all the little details. The buffet could be replenished more quickly, though, as it sometimes took a while. Excellent, excellent, excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return.

Getting around downtown was easy from this location, and the hotel felt clean, modern, and well cared for. The room was quiet and comfortable with what I needed for either work or leisure, and housekeeping did a great job. Staff were helpful and professional, while arrival and departure were both quick and smooth. Breakfast could use more hot choices. As a Gold member, I expected eggs to be included or at least a stronger hot selection. The elevators also got frustratingly slow during busy periods, especially when I was trying to keep to a schedule.

The gym was a highlight, with current equipment and towels available. I also liked the heated pool, though I wish it were warmer. On our second visit, our room was right beside the elevators and the noise bothered us. Reception responded helpfully and moved us after we explained the issue. We’ve stayed two nights here both recently and last year. It’s a nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms. The carpet felt a little odd underfoot, but otherwise we had a great stay.
