Hotel Victoria

Ratnesh was a huge help when my flight from Cuba turned into a challenge, getting me into my room earlier than expected. Then my onward flight to Victoria was canceled, and he helped arrange another night at the Victoria. I’m very thankful for that Canadian hospitality. I was already taken with this classic hotel, and its amenities and finishes were all top notch.

Riya was so kind and welcoming when we arrived. She went out of her way to help, and even got us into our room early, which made a big difference after traveling. Check-in felt smooth and stress-free, and her friendly, professional manner made us feel valued. Thanks, Riya, for the excellent service!

The room was good, and our street view was fine. In winter it could get cold, probably because the hotel is old, but the heater worked well. It just didn’t warm the bathroom as much. I loved the vintage decor in the lobby and bar, and the hotel is very cute and quaint. It’s close to Union Station and an easy walk to Eaton Centre. The staff were friendly. Booked through Expedia, and I’d stay again.

I arrived on February 18 in heavy snowfall, worn out after a long flight, and my daughter was extremely tired and needed to rest. Although the hotel’s official check-in time is 3:00 PM, Mr. Ratnesh kindly helped us check in early. His understanding made a real difference for our family during a difficult moment. I’m very grateful to him and the hotel staff for their kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful service, which made our stay much more comfortable and memorable.
