Park Hyatt Toronto

My girlfriend and I booked a Valentine's Day staycation, and the whole place had such a welcoming feel from the drive up through check-in and getting to the room. The king room was surprisingly spacious, the bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. It had everything we needed for a great stay. We had dinner at Joni, then went upstairs to the Writers Room for oysters and a quick drink. The good vibe and energy made us want to do it again before the year is out. When we checked out, they gave us champagne and Valentine's Day cookies, a lovely last impression. Thanks, guys!

Breakfast at Joni was phenomenal, with outstanding food and service. My daughter and I stayed in a standard two-queen room while visiting the University of Toronto, just a short walk away, which was extremely convenient for a family visiting a student. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, and the attentive staff and excellent dining made the trip memorable. We'd happily return and recommend the hotel to Toronto visitors.

I spent a full week at Park Hyatt Toronto, and every staff member I met was warm, genuine, and great at their job. They made the stay feel special. The suite had a layout I loved and an understated, residential feel, with an unbelievably comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. Right in the heart of Yorkville, it's a short walk to great shopping, bars, and restaurants. Thanks for a fantastic stay. I can't wait to come back!

Traveling without my husband with my toddler, I wanted somewhere I could get help if I needed it. Park Hyatt didn't disappoint. The service was so kind from the moment we arrived, and staff helped with everything, from unloading my bags and bringing them to our room to fetching whatever else I needed. They'd even offer to carry my diaper bag when my hands were full. Special thanks to Vanessa from concierge, who played and laughed with my daughter while I checked in. The valet lets you come and go using an app to call your car, and it's ready and warm when you get there. It's on the pricier side, but you really get what you pay for. Best hotel I've ever stayed at.
