Nothing fancy, but comfortable enough for a good place to crash and unwind. The front desk person is always helpful, and the customer service is really good. My stays here have been good, can't complain.

We needed somewhere urgently, and I was booking very late because I hadn't read the fine print. The person there waited 15 minutes past closing for us, then gave us a quick tour and checked that the water, AC, and TV were working. Really nice and accommodating service!

The room at THE PARK MOTEL was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned, better than I expected. The staff were pleasant and so accommodating. I had to leave before my booked stay was over, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got a refund. It's refreshing to meet people who truly care about customers in such a busy, hectic world. Well worth it for a Toronto stay.

I wouldn't recommend Park Motel. For the price, I expected the basics to be there and working, but the washroom had no toilet paper, the TV remote didn't work, and the intercom was completely out of service. The room was poorly maintained, and the whole experience was very disappointing.

The staff are really rude, and this is the most overpriced junk motel in the city. Don't stay there, it's totally not worth it!
