Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown

The room was lovely for our short visit, and a small fireplace light made it feel cozier than a standard room. When we raised a concern about a party in the room below, management dealt with it quickly. Parking was the one thing I misunderstood: I paid the garage attendant, then learned at check-in that using that approach meant another payment would be due at 5am. The staff member kindly applied what I'd already paid toward the hotel's parking charge. We could walk to everything we wanted to see, even in the cold.

Arshiya at reception deserves a mention. She was warm, professional, and very helpful, which made the visit more enjoyable. We spent three days here during the last week of November 2025, and found the service, cleanliness, and atmosphere all very good. The location was convenient for getting around and reaching nearby attractions. We'd recommend the hotel and would be glad to stay again.

Breakfast was a highlight, both the food and the service were top notch. Kudos to Paul and Harry, and especially Paul, he's a gem. My husband and I loved his energy, and I enjoyed proving I exist, inside joke. Check-in was easy, and the room was clean. I also loved that there was no carpet. It was a little chilly at first, and turning up the heat didn't help, so we let the front desk know. Maintenance had it fixed within 30 minutes. Very impressive.

The view was beautiful, the price was good, and self-parking was easy. Staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, and the noon checkout was great. We could leave the car parked until 6pm on checkout day too. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and was fairly clean, though it could use a bit more attention under the bed. About what I've seen at most hotels.
