The staff are the reason we keep returning to the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. Brian in the lounge makes you feel welcome right away, remembers guests, and takes time for a friendly chat. We’ve also stayed here through some stressful periods, and the kindness and consistency of the team have made it easier to breathe when life feels heavy. Seeing Norica again was lovely, and it’s great to hear she’s now with the events team. We’ve known her from past stays and she’s always been wonderful. Anastasia in guest services is also fantastic, friendly, professional, and ready to help. The hotel is beautiful and the location is hard to beat, but it’s the genuine hospitality that brings us back. Bravo for continuing to go above and beyond.

Don’t come here looking for a romantic setting. It feels more like a business hotel, with conventions going on and people sitting at tables with laptops, acting busy and important while clearly miserable in their jobs. Still, I definitely recommend it. The hotel is beautiful, the location is nice, and the breakfast at the top is worth having. The food was amazing, the service unbelievably good, and the city view was lovely.

The room had what I needed, and the bed was comfortable enough for a great night’s sleep. I only wish the bathtub were a bit deeper, though that’s a minor issue for a basic hotel room. Room service was my real disappointment. It was extremely overpriced, and the food came in a cardboard takeout container. For the same service fee as food delivery, I expected a real plate and proper utensils. There wasn’t much reason to order room service instead of Uber Eats or DoorDash; honestly, anything I got from those services would have been better than what I ordered here. That wasn’t the experience I expected for the premium I paid.

Check-in was quick and the staff were very friendly. I had a king room with a great view of the CN Tower, clean comfortable linens, and useful amenities: a fridge, safe, decent-sized TV, desk, chair, and ottoman. There are lots of places to eat nearby, too. Nice hotel. I’d stay again.

Getting around was easy, with City Hall right across the street and direct underground access to PATH, which connects to the Green P underground parking. The city view from our room was beautiful, and breakfast had a good variety. The executive lounge looked modern and stylish, and although the hotel has been around for years, it doesn’t feel old. The bathroom seemed renovated. Service was very good: they contacted us before check-in to ask what we needed, and they accommodated most of our requests. Definitely would stay again.
