The location was a real plus, with the subway right across the street, shops and restaurants nearby, and most downtown spots reachable within a 45-minute walk at most. Check-in was simple as long as you followed the door instructions. My room was clean and roomy, with a modern bathroom and a more rustic bedroom. Some rooms share a bathroom, and kitchen use is limited to certain hours. I could hear the subway under the house quite loudly at first, though it didn't keep me from sleeping. The window AC had gaps around its frame that let cold air in, so the room never got properly warm when it was cold outside. The walls' paint and the windows were also in rough shape in places.

The bathroom was gross, and the price felt high next to a student residence, especially with fewer complimentary items. The location was good. They let you leave your luggage in the kitchen, but it's unlocked and you don't get a key to enter. Nothing scary happened, though.

The outside looks a little rough, but inside it was okay. The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were good though a bit short, and having access to the kitchen was really handy. Good value for the money.

The place was quiet, which I really appreciated, and I'd stay here again. I was there for 6 days, and my room was spacious in a perfect spot, right by the subway station and in the middle of everything. The staff were very kind, and there were free drinks like coffee, hot chocolate and tea.

The bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and so was the rest of the place. The person who checked me in was polite and explained the accommodations clearly. I'd probably come back if I get the chance.
