Spark by Hilton Toronto Airport

My flight was cancelled, so I booked a room at the last minute. Check-in and check-out were both easy, and the shuttle made things simpler. The staff were professional and clear when communicating. The room was bright, spacious and clean, with a large window, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was included and surprisingly good. Since the hotel is very close to Toronto Pearson Airport, it's convenient for travellers. For the price I paid, it was definitely worth it. Everything exceeded what I expected.

The room was clean and really nice, and check-in went smoothly even with 4 or 5 people arriving on the shuttle at once. Both shuttle drivers were extremely polite and helped with the luggage. The shuttles were very close to on time. Breakfast was busy in the morning; we didn't have time to eat, but the selection looked good. We'd definitely stay again.

The airport shuttle worked well, and my third-floor room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It looked like the room had been renovated recently. The reception area didn't make a great first impression. There wasn't a kettle or coffee and tea in the room, though they're free in the lobby. The air-conditioning heater was pretty noisy. I had to leave at 6 am, so I couldn't try breakfast.

My room had been nicely updated, with a walk-in shower and shampoo, and the price was reasonable. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day, and Chuck's Roadhouse is attached to the hotel. The food is good, with appetizers half price after 9 pm. Great location, and I'll stay here again. I didn't try breakfast because I had to leave too early. The airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, with no service between 2 and 4 am. It stops at the Holiday Inn before coming here, and on the day I left, 4 people were left behind on their way to the airport. I'm not sure what the hotel would arrange in that situation.
