I booked through Expedia in July for October, at a good price. Less than three weeks before the trip, the hotel cancelled my reservation. They said I hadn’t replied to a request to confirm payment, but I never got any request by email, text, or through Expedia. I called the day the cancellation notice came and was told they had no availability for my travel night. It seems more likely to me that they cancelled so they could sell the room for more. I book early to get a decent price.

I booked this hotel through Expedia in July for a November stay, then got a notice a few weeks ago that it was cancelled. The customer service was awful: they didn’t call back, and I couldn’t reach anyone there. Expedia hasn’t responded either. Just beware of the terrible service.

SCAM, there IS NO SUCH HOTEL! Expedia booked my partner there for today and tomorrow, but when she arrived, there was no hotel. Beware of EXPEDIA.
