The location made getting around really easy. The hotel is in a beautiful, safe neighbourhood, with major shopping streets and stores within walking distance. We were very comfortable in the room, and the pillow menu helped make sleeping especially nice. The bathroom felt luxurious, with heated floors and a lovely tub that filled with hot water right away. There’s a beautiful indoor pool, a high-tech indoor gym, and a relaxing spa. Room service was fantastic. We ate in and loved the food, which came from a varied, thoughtfully put-together menu. Pets are welcome if you let the hotel know ahead of time, which was a great bonus. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming throughout an outstanding stay. This was our second visit, and we’ll definitely come back a third time.

Yorkville was a great location, with restaurants, cafés, and boutiques only steps away. Even so, the hotel felt private and peaceful, and the concierge team made things easy with their recommendations. My room was spotless, beautifully designed, and so comfortable. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the luxurious amenities, calm atmosphere, and thoughtful touches made it elegant but still inviting. From arrival onward, every staff member I met was warm, attentive, and caring, and went out of their way to make me feel looked after. It was a flawless stay at The Hazelton Toronto. The place has real luxury with heart, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend it for a memorable high-end stay in Toronto.

The service at the Hazelton is what stood out most. Everyone I met took real care to make my stay seamless and special, attentive without being too much. I’ve never had customer service this outstanding anywhere else. The hotel itself feels grand, and the surrounding area is beautiful. Everything is spotless, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. It’s rare to find a place that brings luxury and warmth together so well. I left feeling impressed and well looked after, and will definitely return. Highly recommend it for an unforgettable stay.

The staff and hotel set a remarkable standard for Toronto. We love many Four Seasons properties in North America and abroad, but in Toronto they just don’t compare with the Hazelton. Our weekend with our Service Dog Moe was memorable, thanks to everyone there. It was pure perfection, the kind of stay that makes everything else in Toronto hard to match.

We booked a premium room for $1100 a night because we needed quiet for health reasons after a concussion. The hotel knew about that, but only told us about the ongoing construction the day after we booked. Jackhammers at dawn are apparently what they consider a quiet room. We cancelled, obviously, and wouldn’t recommend this five-star headache to anyone. Expedia may take up to 15 days to process a refund, so buyer beware. And no, we don’t want any more communication from you. Go waste someone else’s time and money.
