Stay Inn

The breakfast was tasty, and it varied a little each day, which was a nice touch. Coffee and water were available anytime. The place was clean, housekeeping came daily, and the front desk staff were friendly. I'd recommend it and will come back on my next Toronto visit.

We stayed here after my husband's hip surgery and had a lovely, modern, cozy room. It was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, with useful extras like a microwave, mini fridge, safe and patio door to the outside. Breakfast was included, with sausage, eggs, beans, waffles, several kinds of bread and fruit. It was very tasty, and the coffee was wonderful. The vending machines had snacks and cold drinks at fair prices. The staff were friendly, kind and accommodating. We'd definitely stay again.

The room was comfortable and clean, and there wasn't much noise from outside. Staff were super friendly, and the continental breakfast had a nice range of choices. A very lovely hotel. I'd stop here again.

I wouldn't recommend this place. My 65 year old dad had major foot surgery, so I booked him here for 2 nights. That night, he unexpectedly had to return to the hospital. I tried explaining the situation to the night staff, but he didn't care. It was already 130/2am, and everyone knows hospitals can take hours. Even though the room was fully paid for, he wouldn't accept my credit card details for a deposit, so my dad had nowhere to stay that night. I've stayed at bigger hotels, including Hiltons, Marriott’s and holidays inn, and never had an issue providing card details for a deposit, even very late at night. I've never felt so disrespected by a hotel. After the staff member's mistake, I told them I didn't want to stay there anymore, but they still charged my card and won't refund me. They also had rude staff. It feels like a money grab. I stay at Hiltons, Marriott’s and holidays inn, and I'd tell people to go to a Hilton or Marriott instead. Do not recommend, 0 stars.
