The Broadview Hotel

The rooftop dinner made my daughter's birthday feel special, and the staff's thoughtfulness meant a lot to us. Since it was New Year's Eve, I booked The Broadview Hotel, Rooftop bar n restaurant three weeks ahead. The two women at the front desk were kind, helpful, and professional. I asked if I could bring a cake earlier and have it cut that evening. They agreed right away, then went further and helped arrange it beautifully with flowers when I dropped it off. We got the corner table we'd asked for, and service was warm and attentive all night. The food was delicious and nicely presented, portions were generous, and prices were very reasonable for the date and location. We're grateful to The Broadview Hotel team for such a memorable evening. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

I ordered room service twice, and both times the food and drinks were delicious and arrived promptly. Isha at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. The hotel has a unique, bougie feel, and my room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The bathroom was spotless too, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Toronto.

We picked this hotel for its location near the Opera House, about a minute's walk away, and it worked out perfectly. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel has a lot of character. We enjoyed the rooftop bar at happy hour, with a great atmosphere and cocktails. The lobby coffee bar was just right in the morning. The hotel parking was full, so we used the lot across the street.

Even in winter, we loved having the balcony area in our room. The hotel is beautiful, and the record player was a really nice touch. We had an amazing stay and can't wait to come back.
