The whole team made us feel welcomed and celebrated during my 65th birthday stay at the Omni King Edward Hotel, February 13th to 14th. From the front desk to housekeeping and the managers, everyone was genuinely warm, friendly, and accommodating. The guest service agent who checked us in was especially friendly and explained the restaurants and facilities, making us feel cared for right away. They upgraded us to a spacious, immaculate suite, which was beautiful and smelled fresh. Waiting inside were a delicious cake, a bottle of wine, and a personalized poem. Those thoughtful touches made the birthday extra special. The care and attention made the hotel feel like a home away from home, and I couldn't have picked a better place for such an important milestone. Thank you for making my 65th unforgettable!

We had a fantastic weekend at the Omni King Edward Hotel. Everything was spotless, and the hotel smelled lovely throughout. Our room was spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed and a beautiful, clean bathroom. The location made getting around easy since just about everything was walkable. Staff were attentive, kind, and welcoming, and every interaction came with a smile and friendly hello. A wonderful stay from start to finish. We'd happily return and highly recommend it.

The beds were SUPER comfortable, and the atmosphere felt warm and upscale without being stuffy. The staff were excellent, well trained, and professional, delivering five-star service. John the Valet was amazing, Omar our porter was great, and Maddy was so welcoming. The front desk team were very helpful, and the bartender was super!

We felt safe and comfortable coming back each day, and getting around from this convenient location was easy. Our stay from the 24th to the 26th was smooth and stress-free, with a calm atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The staff were warm and welcoming when we arrived, and our clean, cozy, well-cared-for room had thoughtful details that made it feel special. I'd happily return and recommend it to others.

We had a clean Deluxe Room with 2 queen beds, and everyone slept well on the comfy beds. The view from the 10th floor was nice, and the lobby floor looked great. The location is very convenient, about a 10-minute walk from union station. A couple of things fell short. The room was booked for four, but only had two mugs and two waters. Room service costs a lot, and breakfast is also very expensive for what you get compared with other places. The front desk also didn't mention that room keys are needed to operate the elevator.
