The staff were so kind and made our celebration feel special. The room was amazing, and the hotel amenities were lovely. We loved the luxury feel and felt it was worth every dollar. The spa is definitely worth a visit, as are the pool and hot tub.

The attention and amenities were top notch. My main complaint is that things at the hotel close early. They do have 24-hour room service, but that’s not the same as getting a table at Louix Louis, for example.

The lobby restaurant had a nice atmosphere, tasty food, and good service. The room was an okay size, but the beds felt a bit small for two adults. It was a nice stay, though for a high-end hotel I can’t give it five stars.

We had a room problem, and the engineering team fixed it very efficiently. They also handled our special request quickly. The service was excellent, and the hotel is in a great downtown Toronto location.

We had a fantastic suite for four nights, and the room was perfect. Service was excellent, and I loved the hotel. The location was great too. Food was the one thing I flagged. The menu seemed to be doing too much or not enough, and I couldn’t find something that made sense to order. That’s okay, though, since other people may like it.
