It’s a nice looking building in a very good area, but its age comes with a pile of problems that make it hard to justify living here. The fire alarms go off multiple times a week for supposed “technical difficulties,” an elevator is always out of service, and there’s little in the way of amenities besides a gym with poor equipment. The concierge staff have been unaccommodating, and sometimes just plain rude.

I was there for a month, and the concierges were very rude. When I first tried to use the gym and party room, I didn’t know how they worked, but the concierge wouldn’t help and had a terrible attitude. The room equipment was broken too: a chair suddenly broke while I was sitting on it and I fell, and the laundry machine didn’t work. Don’t spend your money there. The worst place in Toronto.

The fire alarm goes off almost every morning. The building feels too old, and it seems suited only to people staying a few nights through Airbnb. If you’re renting long term, I’d look for another condo. There are no amenities apart from a small gym.

The location doesn’t make the hassle of living there worthwhile. There are leaky pipes and other problems, and the fire alarm goes off every day, often at night.

I stayed for one night, and the bed was so comfortable I melted into it. Had a fantastic night’s rest.
