The room itself was decent, clean, and okay for the price. But the rooms that aren't rentable were in terrible shape: broken glass, wrecked A/C units, kicked-in doors, locks punched out, and windows and doors covered with plywood. It looked like a lot of rooms had been raided or something. If you stay in your room and try not to notice the neighboring units, it's probably fine for the price.

The price is pretty cheap, but the room I stayed in was awful. There were stains all over, the bed felt itchy, the window was broken, and there was mold in the sink and bathtub.

It's a great location, but the place needs a complete makeover. The Wi-Fi is terrible, the furniture is outdated, and the wallpaper is peeling. If you need something, you have to ask; they offer very little help.

For two nights, this was great value: the cheapest hotel in the lower mainland and still a very good stay. It was clean, smelled nice, and the bed was comfortable. The area is fairly peaceful, with trees behind the hotel.

We arrived to check in at 6 p.m. and found they'd given away our non-refundable reservation. They offered no explanation beyond saying check-in is at 3. I'm quite certain the front desk staff sold the room for more than we paid and pocketed the difference. They left us stranded over a long weekend with no place to stay and five kids, even though we had a non-refundable booking. Scammers.
