After the awful reception we got at Deux Rivieres, Johanne was a welcome change. She was very pleasant and helped us in both French and English. Our room, number 28, was upstairs and looked out over the river. It was clean, nicely decorated, and seemed to have been refreshed recently. The rate was good too. We came away happier than expected and will stay again when we're nearby.

I won't be coming back, and they’ll lose our monthly work visits with several others. I gave them my card details over the phone, but when I arrived without the card itself, they refused to give me a room. I was left out on the street and had to drive three hours home. To me, that's awful customer service.

The bedrooms felt a bit cramped, and the continental breakfast was just average. The suite had a good kitchen and living space, though, and it was conveniently close to restaurants and supermarkets.

The bathroom could use a few fixes: repair the faucet aerator, add towel bars, and replace the microwave with one that works properly.

I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for peace and quiet. The walls barely block sound, the beds are hard, and kids in the parking lot across the street revved their cars and honked all night, Monday through Sunday. Worst place ever.
