I spilled some wine and used two hand towels to clean it up. At checkout I was charged 115. If you're staying, bring your own towels so you don't risk the same thing. Also, I'd like to see the photos you mentioned of the condition I left the room in. I'd be glad to discuss it.

I really like the cabins and the resort's location, but the pet fee is charged for every night instead of once for the stay. That's very unusual compared with all the other hotels, Airbnbs, and cabins I've stayed in. Since the cabin is only cleaned once per visit, I don't see why the fee repeats nightly, and it makes me unsure about staying again.

The $15-per-day BBQ rental wasn't a major problem by itself, but the equipment we got wasn't adequate, and there was no BBQ available on site for guests. The property is beautiful and the staff we met were pleasant, but the noise at night was bad. Other guests were extremely loud, and we saw cars doing donuts late in the evening, which made the place feel unsafe and disruptive. We had three cottages booked, each paid for separately by a different family. At check-in, I was charged a $300 deposit without being told it covered all three cottages rather than just mine. At checkout, staff said a fork and knife were missing, though they'd simply been left in the neighboring cottage. They still threatened to keep the deposit, which felt unfair and unprofessional. The location and friendly staff give the property potential, but the unclear policies, poor management, and inadequate amenities made our stay frustrating. I wouldn't return.

We managed to book four rooms on fairly short notice for the summer, so I could go with my three siblings to see our aunt's photography exhibit at Tabusintac Old Home Week. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. I'd recommend it.
