Parking felt plentiful and secure, and the price was very affordable. The front desk helped make our stay memorable, too. Our room was clean and looked after, and the location is especially useful if you're new to town. We had a comfortable visit in Tumbler Ridge and would recommend the place.

The rooms are great, but the internet is a problem. Speeds never seem to get above 2 Mbps anywhere in the hotel, and there's no upload speed. It seems like the hotel may be running off a single router.

We all enjoyed having breakfast included, and the rooms were both comfortable and really clean. We had a fantastic weekend in Tumbler and would happily stay here again on our next visit.

The power went out on our last day, so we had to walk up four floors twice to check out. The stairwell emergency lights were out as well. That was the one problem in an otherwise perfect stay. The staff were excellent, and the hotel was quiet, with a comfortable bed and two great nights of sleep. Our dog loved the view, and we appreciated that the hotel welcomes pets, though there's a $100 pet deposit. I was in town for the Emporers Challenge and needed a hot bath afterward. The water was plenty warm. It's a beautiful hotel, and I'd likely stay again if I needed to.
