My husband and I live in this very quiet building. It’s cleaner than an SRO, and the owner is a friendly older man who runs things strictly by the book. If you have bad references or are involved with drugs or substance abuse, this probably isn’t the place for you. Most people in the community seem friendly, keep to themselves, and are quiet. 🙂

Stay away from this place. Do yourself a huge favor and don’t set foot in the building. See for yourself if you want, but you’ve been warned. I had to give it one star to post a review. If minus stars were possible, I’d use them all. The Arabic comment, translated via Google Translate, says the place is very poor and dirty, has no hygiene services and no fire, and that he and its second branch are on the street.
