We came back for a recent trip after loving this B&B years ago, but it felt worn out this time and left us disappointed. The breakfast was still delicious, though.

The quiet suburban setting and charming character house are lovely, and unlike Amethyst Lodge, they didn't cancel our booking after getting attention from a TV appearance. But we felt the place is coasting on those strengths. It wasn't especially clean, the bedroom windows were filthy, and the cleaning seemed superficial. We never saw the hosts, and breakfast arrived without choices or any comment. From our perspective, the whole place needs a reality check. I'm a bit surprised by all the wonderful reviews.

We really appreciated how the hosts worked around my gluten intolerance. They served a lovely gluten-free breakfast in time for our 10 am ferry reservation back to Vancouver. We stayed at Abbeymoore Manor B&B last week and were very pleased.

The room was very clean, the staff really nice, and breakfast was wonderful. Our bathroom was tiny, though, with no tub, the pillows were way too soft, and there was no TV in the room. Still, we'd stay again. 💗🙌

The food at the free breakfast was quite good, served in the dining room between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. The room and its furnishings had a comfortable feel, with very Victorian, old-fashioned architecture and decor.
