The floors were my only concern. They seemed overdue for sweeping and mopping, because after I got out of the shower and walked over to the bed to put on socks, my feet were black with dust. A deep freezer in the suites would also be a great addition, especially for people visiting Ucluelet to fish or enjoy other outdoor activities. We would have loved somewhere to keep our catch. We stayed three nights for an ocean fishing trip in a kitchenette suite with a hide-a-bed couch. The suite was very clean otherwise, the staff were lovely, and when we asked for an extra quilt for the hide-a-bed and an extra bath towel, both arrived at our door in a minute. The beds were clean and the bathroom spotless. The kitchenette had a microwave, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee maker, sink, and dishes. Otherwise, everything was awesome.

The room was updated and clean, and the staff were friendly and polite. Being centrally located made it easy for us to walk everywhere in town. It’s a great, reasonably priced, pet-friendly place, and I’d definitely stay there again.

At $100 CAD in the off season, this place felt way overpriced. The walls might as well have been paper thin: we heard conversations and parties all around us and barely slept. The bathroom also still had hair and dust from previous guests. On top of that, charging a $15 cleaning fee if you forget to clean the coffee machine is a bit much. I won't stay here again.

The neighborhood was very quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The place was clean and new, with professional staff, and the price felt fair. I did hear some noise from the unit above, and my unit could have used a hot plate or stove. I'd stay here again.

The room was spacious, with a nice kitchenette, and parking right by the rooms. Cafes and restaurants are within walking distance, and they welcome dogs for a $25 fee. During our three-night stay, though, the room wasn't cleaned and the garbage cans weren't replaced. The windows also wouldn't open. Even so, I'd definitely stay here again.
